Bullying（欺凌）can happen to anyone．（1）A large number of children around the world are bullied every year．However，there are things that can be done to help．
    What is bullying？
    （2）欺凌是讓你感到糟糕的某件事。It may hurt you over and over again．Bullying can happen at school，out of school and online．Bullying have different phenomenon（現(xiàn)象），including calling people mean names，laughing at people，taking someone's things without permission and etc．
    What can you do？
    If someone says something bad to you，（3）我認(rèn)為你不應(yīng)該被允許回嘴。Instead，tell an adult that you know and like．For example，talk to a parent or a teacher．
    If you get bad messages，don't reply．You should save them and give them to your teacher，your family，or the police．Ask an adult for help．（4）It is unnecessary to share something with anyone before you make sure it is true．That will help stop the bullying．
    Talk to your parents or teacher or an adult if you see bullying or if you are worried about a friend．
    Say sorry if you are not kind to someone．You can write a message or talk to the person．（5）Don't be scared，even though bullying sometimes can get in the way of your progress．Last but not least，learn to be a good person．
