As we all know， no one is willing to help a old man when he fell down in the street. The people who stands nearby run away in a hurry instead lending a hand. Even the policeman doesn't know why he should help him. It is truly that many people are afraid to help old people who fall down nowadays because they are worrying that they may get into trouble.
