"Born in a small cove （山凹），my mother left home when I was twelve.My father did not spend much time at home，and even when I was too ill to go to the hospital by myself，he left only enough money for the treatment（治療）and then went away.When I was seventeen，he died in a traffic accident，and I cried hard because no one would take care of me when I got seriously ill.In the same year，my grandma，who lived with me，died of illness.She took care of me for seventeen years.Every time I remember them，they remind me that every minute of life is valuable."
