I do like to do all kinds of sports.But among a various of sports，I definitely have a preference to basketball，which is also a common choice for most of us.
Widely acknowledging as the most interesting sport，basketball has made a great difference to my life.First of all，playing basketball contribute to physical and mental health，enabling him to pursue excellence in study.However，it plays a significant role in promoting teamwork，as is vital to the growth of a person.Last but not least，under no circumstances I fail to mention that playing basketball helps me build up my confidence and keeps me in high spirit.
